Know Your Numbers is run by The Trustee for Bohm Family Trust, trading as Bohm Advisory (ABN 69 598 982 532). Last updated: [DATE].
What we collect
- Your email address and a password, so you can sign in. Your password is stored scrambled (hashed), so nobody, including us, can read it.
- Your purchase: the amount, any code you used, and whether someone used your referral code. Card payments are handled by Stripe. We never see or store your card details.
- Whether you'd like marketing emails from us. This is off unless you tick it, and you can turn it off any time.
- The answers you enter in the course: your business name, sales, costs, team, payment terms, forecast and review notes. These save automatically so you don't lose your work.
- Any financial reports you upload are read on your own device only. The files themselves are never sent to us. Only the answers filled in from them are saved, like anything else you type.
- Basic records of when you sign in and when you send your pack, so we can keep the service secure and stop misuse.
Why we collect it
- To run the course, save your forecast and let you pick up where you left off.
- To process your payment, apply codes and run the referral program, including refunding referral rewards.
- To email you password reset links, your receipt and welcome email, and your pack when you ask us to send it.
- If you tick the marketing box: to tell you about new tools and courses from Jye Bohm. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
- If you leave "Share my forecast with Jye's team" ticked: so Jye Bohm and his team can see your forecast, offer feedback and get in touch about how we might help. You can untick this at any time in your account bar, and your forecast stops being visible to the team straight away.
Who sees it
- You.
- Jye Bohm's team, only while sharing is ticked.
- Anyone you choose to send your pack to (for example your accountant or mentor).
- Our service providers, only to run the service: Cloudflare (hosting and database), Stripe (payments) and Resend (email). Some of these may store data outside Australia.
We don't sell your information.
Deleting your account
Use "Delete account" in your account bar. Your account, your forecast and your history are removed immediately. We keep a record of your purchase (amount and date) because tax law requires it. Packs you've already emailed to people aren't affected.
