Know Your Numbers is sold by The Trustee for Bohm Family Trust, trading as Bohm Advisory (ABN 69 598 982 532). Last updated: [DATE].
What you're buying
Access to the Know Your Numbers course and forecasting tool for one person, for as long as the service runs and for at least 12 months from purchase. Your forecast saves to your account and you can download your workbook at any time to keep.
Price and payment
The price is shown in Australian dollars. Bohm Advisory isn't registered for GST, so no GST is charged. Payment is a one-off charge processed securely by Stripe. We don't see or store your card details. You'll receive a receipt by email.
Codes
- Discount and beta codes are issued at our discretion, may have a usage limit or expiry date, can't be exchanged for cash and only one code can be used per purchase.
- A code that gives free access still requires an account with your email and a password.
Referral program
- Everyone who buys gets their own referral code. Someone who buys using your code gets the referral discount shown at checkout (currently 15% off).
- When three people have bought using your code, and each of those purchases is at least 14 days old and hasn't been refunded, we'll refund the amount you paid for Know Your Numbers, in full, to your original payment method. You keep your access.
- One referral refund per person. If you got access free with a code, there's nothing to refund.
- You can't use your own code, and referrals must be genuine purchases by different people. We may cancel referral credit, or a code, if we see misuse.
- We may change or end the referral program at any time. Referrals that already qualify before a change will still be honoured.
Refunds
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If something isn't working the way we've described, contact us at [CONTACT EMAIL] and we'll make it right.
Not financial advice
Know Your Numbers is general education and a planning tool. It isn't financial, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it doesn't consider your personal circumstances. Check anything to do with tax, structure, super or lending with a qualified professional before you act on it. Forecasts are estimates, and real results will differ.
Your account
Keep your password private. You're responsible for what happens in your account. You can delete your account at any time from your account bar. We keep purchase records as required for tax.
Fair use
The course content is for your own use and your own business (or the businesses you advise). Please don't copy, resell or republish it.
